Temporary Accommodation
When you decide to confirm your reservation, a deposit of £150.00 plus a £50.00 admin fee is required at the time of booking. A Sterling cheque, cash or *Euros or *Euro Cheque is acceptable.
* NOTE - A transaction charge will have to be levied on Euros. This is due to bank handling fees and also exchange rate fluctuations.

Your deposit is held over until completion of the contract.
If an extension contract is required a further £30.00 is payable on each extension contract raised.
All rents must be paid fully in advance direct to the provider of your accommodation, on day of arrival. This is for the entire duration of your course. (FULL 1,2,3,4,5 OR 6 WEEKS)
Rent is based on a full week, not on a daily rate.
Rent and deposit are non refundable should you terminate this agreement prior to its conclusion.

It is the responsibility of the individual to insure their personal belongings.

Transfers between LGW - LHR & LHR - LGW. A new contract has to be raised and this incurs a further administrative charge of £30.00
